You've got a nice blog. You're putting your efforts on posts and pictures, and you would like to share them with the planet. How about finding some readers?

Blogging often sounds like a nice idea: sharing thoughts and expertise, changing into a half of a community, and taking the first few steps to wider recognition as a writer. But many bloggers quickly get disillusioned.

You’ve got a nice blog. You’re putting your efforts on posts and pictures, and you would like to share them with the planet. How about finding some readers?

Building a massive blog audience that can result in sales, profitable deals and fortune is our dream. While we have a tendency to find a full bunch of readers – the question is how we can do it?

It was positively true in the first days of affiliate promoting, for several reasons; initial of all, there was a heap less for sale in the online world, which meant that any affiliate marketer had a a lot of larger share of voice just by virtue of being there.

Writing & Readers

Writing isn’t an easy task especially in things about what our readers actually like. There are some bloggers who have the privilege of being nice writers and can please any reader who read their writings. But even with the nice skill, it’s not attainable to cater everybody’s wants.

Readers of your blogs prefer to read a specific content in your blog. You apprehend what your readers truly want to determine on your blog. The most important thing is to learn how you’ll notice out the interest of the readers, so you’ll satisfy them.

In fact it’s impossible to please all readers of our blogs therefore we need to create content that may satisfy each of our readers. However for this you need to grasp what your visitors would like to find within your blog, and what content they most admire and prefer to work out. If you still haven’t any idea what your guests want to scan on your blog, it’s time to search it out.

And yes – when you’ll get high-changing keywords for reasonable, it’s time to create your cash and authority!

The Eager Readers

If you’ve got a list of eager readers, then you don’t have to worry about traffic sources – whatever happens, your followers can continue to follow, as long as you maintain the link, and continue living up to your end of the cut price. With eager readers, you don’t have to stay operating off of one-off traffic, as a result you can sell more than one products to the same person. Well – research shows that someone who has already bought one thing seems to buy from you once more!

You most likely agree that a list of eager buyers may be a smart issue to have – but where will you get these readers? Your readers!

The answer is that you have to build that list yourself – you need to engage them to be your readers.

You Need Audience

Creating an engaged audience takes your efforts and patience. It requires focus and this is quite hard to be achieved. Writing a business plan can help you a lot however no matter how best you make it, the most important step is to act accordingly to it.

The key to engage with your readers is to search out out what technologies and media that you can use to get in touch with them. In fact, you need alternative valid conversion goals for new readers.

Readers Are Savvy

They know after you’re writing for his or her benefit or nor. Focus on the highest quality of content where you feel it can most benefit them. Take additional time to raise your readers on what they need. Try to read your readers’ hearts and know what they actually want!

You’ll never achieve the success point of blogging if you concentrate on the cash but you’ll if you target the individuals. You should love your readers than cash!

People Need Reason

People do not tend to browse texts or watch videos without a reason. You would like to provide them that reason once more and once more. Keep the attention of your readers, and it hits that point once more and again. Discover what the readers wants to listen to make it coming back to that point.

Keeping the eye of a reader is important, particularly if the reader is predicted to convert your efforts into something profitable.

Check the contents that have been rejected by guests or getting no respond – this can provide you an idea of what your visitors do not like. Evaluate them and create more fascinating contents so they will love it and turning them into loyal readers.

Turning into a good blogger and finding your readers needs time and practice. However through a very little inspiration, a little care and a genuine interest to assist your readers can help you in a long-term period.

You can do it!

Wow – I left this blog for a while.

But that is not a problem. Believe it or not, we are mostly attached to the online world nowadays – online news, ebooks, websites or at least using a Facebook or Twitter account.

Yes – I love blogging. I love writing online. And I love online world! But that never means that I can’t live without Internet. We can survive without Internet in our daily life and that’s why I tried to go offline for a while.

An Essential Rest

I’m currently running a number of blogs with some writers assisting me. I can update 5-10 blogs per day but reaching at certain point, I felt tired and dull of doing it.

Why?

I tried to find the answer – a writer’s block? or I feel stuck in blogging? losing new ideas? or it’s just because I’m pushing myself too hard? So I took a rest for a while and tried to feel a life without blogging. I played football, watching movies, reading books and sightseeing. Yeah, it works. I feel free and happy of doing something else. Then I realized that the feeling that I got before came from my own attitude – I’m not enjoying my life.

Enjoying Life is Essential

Since I started doing online writing back in 2008, I keep striving and put all my efforts to pursue my target in blogging. Yes – I got it. A number of blogs generating income and a lot of online friends who give a lot of inspirations. But the thing is – I chose not to enjoy it. Despite of enjoying writing ideas – I focused too much on generating income-soul contents and keep checking my traffic everyday. I feel stressed. I feel bored. And that’s why I chose to go offline for a while where I could find a “real” enjoyment.

Enjoying What You Are Doing

Now I got my lesson. It is not how much you get or how good you are in getting traffic and generating income but how much you enjoy what you are doing. I love blogging and I love writing, but my attitude in not enjoying what I’m doing led me to boredom and tiredness.

Sharing is An Essence of Enjoyment

I spent my leisure time with my buddies and we talked about a lot of things – from foods, cultures, investments, books and life and I enjoyed it so much. One more lesson – sharing gives you the feel of enjoyment! I guess it could change my mindset of sharing things online – what can you give and how you can inspire people.

It’s OK to Go Offline

Well – I think it’s not something wrong to go offline for a while. I took my offline time to enjoy some meaningful moments and in some sense it motivates me.

Time to be back online with a better mindset!

No doubt – One of the great way of making money online for bloggers is by joining online contest. However unfortunately for me, I never join any contest due to low motivation and lack of confidence. But that’s in the past! Now I am going to go for any contest held by other fellow bloggers (especially bloggers with great influence) and get as much lesson and knowledge as possible!

It is not a matter whether you win the contest or not, but the lesson and experience that you earn from the contest. Winning the contest is a bonus but getting yourself in and get the experience is crucially essential.

Currently Famous Bloggers is organizing a contest which is open to bloggers and marketeers – The Best Selling Affiliate Products Blogging Contest! I’m pretty sure Hesham put a lot of efforts for this contest and that is why you should join too!

The rules and guidelines are quite simple buy yet you have to understand it one by one. Become an author at FamousBloggers.net, create your piece of mind, submit your post and then start doing promotions to your article! The score will be calculated 15 days from the date the article has been published so you got ample time to score as much as you could!

You can submit your article by the end of October 2011 and this contest got $2550 cash prizes so far so act now and I wish a good luck for all participants!

Visit Famous Bloggers Contest page for more details of this contest.

No matter what your objective for blog writing is - whether you are selling something, building your brand or bringing your platform to the next level - you are battling for attention.

Yes, we are still in this blogging world – updating our beloved sites in the 1001 ways we want. But why? I mean, what is your utmost goal for blog writing? Yeah, of course we want to build success and empire through our blogs and the key is – blog writing. Yes- the phrase “content is the king” is still relevant!

No matter what your objective for blog writing is – whether you are selling something, building your brand or bringing your platform to the next level – you are battling for attention.

In fact there are a huge number of blogs and websites nowadays and you might go across new blogs or websites which age 1 or days in your daily search. Plus the incoming tweets and blog comments, they have the possibility to sink your content in no matter of time. And that is why you have to stand out in the eyes of your visitors, readers and prospects.

And here we are – surviving ourselves in this battling for attention.

Fresh & Liveable Content

In order to grab attention to your content, you must produce a fresh & liveable content means that you have to provide something which is relevant to the current trend or season. For example you are running a health blog and there is currently a newly discovered disease being aired during the prime time. Don’t wait. Use the opportunity and make a research about the particular subject. Then write your review based on your research and your personal opinion. And then bring visitors to your content through social bookmarking, social networking, blog comments and other methods.

The key is your content. Once you got your content done, how you want to drag the visitors to your content is up to you as long as you have a fresh and liveable content to be mentioned.

Knocking Others’ Doors

In order to grab attention from others, never stand still in your own place – your own blog. Spare your time to visit other blogs and platforms. Making frequent visits to popular and relevant blogs and social networking groups is a good idea for you to implement.

Don’t just visit and be a silent reader. Comment, comment and comment. Leave good and positive comment and be a good commenter. Then take the next step to be a guest writer for other websites and blogs. Knock their doors and win your audiences’ hearts!

Put Your Signs Everywhere

Signs – they can direct other people to your blog. And this is one more way of getting attention. How you can do this?

Advertisements (Banner, links)

Commenting

Guest posting

Social bookmarking

Social networking

You can choose to go for free or paid option for this but if you want to go for the paid one, make sure you do a worth investment for your campaign!

Wrap Up

Whether you want it or not – as blogger and online entrepreneur – we can’t avoid ourselves from this battle of attention, right? So it’s time to think about this matter seriously and start to act!

You might be using a terminal emulator in your place of work and not even know it.

You might be using a terminal emulator in your place of work and not even know it. Terminal emulators are software programs that ‘recreate’ those old terminals of the past (Windows terminal emulators are the most common because most of us are using the Windows operating system).

To use one of those old terminals back in the 70s and 80s, you would have had to have considerable knowledge of IT and related programming experience. Do you remember when personal computers were released?

The Commodore 64 was one of the first personal computers, and this is the closest thing many of us came to seeing what a terminal was like. The Commodore 64 was actually a personal computer, although it did not have an operating system. A terminal was like the Commodore 64, and yet it did not even have the simple processor of the Commodore 64. Essentially, a terminal was a screen and a keyboard that was connected to the central computer from which it would draw processing power and data.

The Personal Computer. Thanks to Microsoft (and some credit is also due to Apple) personal computing took off in a big way. The operating systems they invented allowed us to use a personal computer without having any knowledge of programming and other protocols. An operating system is essentially the interface between those programming languages and the processor of your computer. For example, if you open a terminal window (this is not the same as a Windows terminal emulator), you will see a window with a black screen and cursor.

If you know how to manipulate DOS code, you can do all of the things your normal applications allow you to do, although it would take you a long time, and you would have to do a considerable amount of programming. Most of us have Windows OS, and OSX (from Apple) so you are probably familiar with personal computers. The invention of the operating system made all of this possible, and yet it created a problem when we want to communicate with larger central computers or mainframes.

Mainframes. Mainframe computers have come a long way, and the newer versions are extremely fast and more flexible than the original mainframes of the 70s. At the same time, those organizations that invested heavily in those mainframes, and replacing them can amount to a huge re-investment. Those older and ‘dumber’ mainframe computers can still handle many millions of computations today, and they can still handle the computational needs of the larger corporations, for example, the booking and flight information systems that are used globally.

Terminal Emulation Software. The main problem when dealing with the need to communicate with those larger mainframe computers is the manufacturers who developed those terminals used different coding and different protocols for communication. A single terminal emulator will not be enough unless you are dealing with one single client. This is why we have seen a boom in the terminal emulation market, and the range of terminal emulation software has increased to encompass many types of communication and coding protocols.

If you have found yourself in the situation where you need to start using a terminal emulator to work with your client, or clients, it is highly recommended you speak with an IT services provider who knows terminal emulators, and can advise on the best solution for you. Using the same software as your client might not be the most cost-effective solution.

Unless you have some sort special software that tracks how many unique individuals visit each article, you may never know whether some of your best content is being read or not—especially if your readers are on the shyer side and typically don’t leave any comments.

While you may not be able to track unique article visits, there are things you can do to ensure that your best blog post content (particularly the controversial and buzz worthy posts) are not buried underneath the rubble because you posted your article at the wrong time—yes, there are certain time periods where readers are most likely to flood your blog and read your material, no matter if they choose to leave comments or not. That said, to learn the various times that you should (or shouldn’t) publish content on your blog, continue reading below.

Never Publish on the Weekends

If you have a really great article that you think your audience will love, it’s best to save it and post it on a mid-week day, such as a Tuesday or Wednesday (Mondays are not recommended because your audience is just recovering from the weekend and may not be able to focus on a great read). That said, the weekends are just as bad because readers will be too busy unwinding and spending time with their families and thus won’t even bother opening a lap top to read—and who can blame them? It’s their break from a hard work week and sometimes reading an article during their down time is too much of an effort. Whether you consider Friday as part of the weekend is up to you but do know that it comes with both its advantages and disadvantages: you risk losing readers who only work-4 day weeks, but you may just very well get the readers who have easy work-days on Friday and thus have time to catch up on some reading.

Never Publish on or Near a Holiday

Similar to posting on the weekends, it’s an even a more terrible idea to publish important posts on or near a holiday. People will be busy running errands and prepping, while others will be out of town. Your post will certainly not get the attention it deserves simply because your readers are out celebrating.

Never Publish After 5 P.M.

For those who are familiar with a 9-to-5 working scheduling, when 4:50 p.m. rolls around most shut off their computers and their brains along with it. Instead, some experts suggest posting your articles early in the morning is best. It makes sense. Not only are your readers’ minds fresh and rejuvenated, which enables them to absorb information with more ease, but your readers will most likely give themselves an hour or so to read emails, check up on some headlines, check social media, and read blogs before really kick-starting their day and being productive at work. But this really all depends on your target audience. If you blog for stay-at-home moms for example, early mornings may not be best—they’re busy sending their kids off to school and making breakfast. If you have an international audience, time zones will be different. But if you target professionals who typically work at computers for example, early mornings or near lunch time (10 a.m. to 11 a.m.) can be really effective.

Never Publish Integrated links to Twitter and Facebook Just Once

Lastly, if you depend on the power of social media to bring traffic to your blog, you should always post links to your best content at least twice. To figure out the best times, you need to first evaluate your Facebook friends and Twitter followers and discover what times do they condone in their highest and lowest activity. Publishing your link during a high activity time will mean that it can potentially be seen by more people; however it may very well get buried underneath the tons of status updates and tweets. Posting a link during low activity times on the other hand may mean that you less exposure, but the ones that are online will definitely see your link. To cover all grounds, you should post during both high and low activity times.

How about we try to utilize "read to write" approach as an option?

It is a common problem for most (I think I can say – all) bloggers to face with writer’s block. Yeah- we are neither novelists nor journalists but we still have to get new ideas to produce new content for our sites. Well, I always believe that content is the king and content is the catalyst for your sites to move on.

How about we try to utilize “read to write” approach as an option?

Take Your Time For Reading

Time is a crucial matter. But it never means you have to ignore your time for reading. Reading is a great source if you are looking for ideas and you should spare your time for it. Divide your time for reading and writing. Maybe you can take one day to read and another day just for writing. Practicable, right?

What You Should Read

What you should read? Obviously – read what you want to write. We are looking for time effective way, right. So this is it. You can choose to read online or offline however I prefer both. Both sources might have their blind spots as well.

Turning Reading into Writing

Now you got the idea. And it’s time to turn them into writing. How?

A matter related to the idea

A review of the idea

A comparison of sources which related to idea.

Voila. You got an article to be published.

Reading to writing seems simple but crucial. Time to start utilizing them and make profits!

Here are some simple guidelines to keep in mind so you won’t burn out as a new blogger.

User-friendly blogging platforms have made it easier than ever to start your own blog. Platforms such as Blogger, WordPress, and Movable Type have streamlined the process to where you can have your own blog within minutes. But while creating your personal blog can be a breeze, the real challenge lies in maintaining and growing your blog.

Here are some simple guidelines to keep in mind so you won’t burn out as a new blogger:

Write what you know and love

This may seem common sense, but bloggers who post content that they’re familiar with are much more likely to succeed than those who try to write outside their comfort zone. If you love punk rock, blog about it—don’t try to post content on the contemporary classical music scene. Above all write what feels comfortable and natural to you. Don’t worry if your topic is niche—some of the most [easyazon-link asin="B004LP2GUM"]popular blogs went viral[/easyazon-link] because of their individuality. If you can’t think of a distinct topic, just write about relevant topics that interest you. Over time you’ll notice a theme naturally develop through your posting history.

Tag your content

One of the easiest ways to increase traffic on a new blog is to tag your posts to attract your desired readership. If you’re blogging about a tasty ragu pasta recipe you want to share, assign general tags like “food” “pasta” and “recipes” to the post as well as more descriptive tags like “tasty” or “delicious.” These tags give readers on the blogging platform looking for a new pasta recipe a much greater chance at finding your post. They also allow you to conveniently categorize your content for your own reference. Alternately, if you’re looking for inspiration, search for tags that interest you so you can connect to bloggers with similar interests.

Keep it short and sweet

You might notice that popular blogs are loaded with content, but that content is delivered in bite-sized posts that try to share as much information as possible in a small space. There’s no secret about this method: the shorter and meatier your post is, the more likely it is that readers will return to your blog to get their quick dose of your writing. Platforms like Tumblr make these brief posts much easier, encouraging you to share a quick video or a brief inspirational quote. Most readers won’t spare the time to read more than a few sentences, so be smart about what you post.

So when you get Source Rights/Private Label Rights to eBooks through this site, what exactly do you get?

As I write this … eBooks online are still going very strong, and I personally can’t see them going anywhere.

Especially when you consider the popularity of the PDF format. And even looking at the corporate market – the number of “white papers” made available in PDF format just seems to keep growing. People online really do seem to now be very used and happy with receiving text (and graphics too) in digital form, and then printing it out if they want something physical.

So when you get [easyazon-link asin="B003YH9OF8"]Source Rights/Private Label Rights[/easyazon-link] to eBooks through this site, what exactly do you get?

Well…

For a “typical eBook”, let’s assume that it’s text and graphics, and nothing else. If there’s links to audio or anything like that,

I’m going to ignore it in this example to keep things straightforward…

So this eBook with text and graphics is called “Product X”. Here are the specs:

“Product X” is 33,745 words of text, and contains 46 individual graphics.

And those 46 individual graphics are all “screen grabs” (as opposed to illustrations). “Screen Grabs” are when you take a snapshot of the screen to demonstrate what you’re doing.
So for the Source Rights to “Product X”, here’s exactly what you get:

All the formatted text in HTML format and in also Microsoft Word format (RTF format in fact, which works very well in Word, but is slightly more portable than the usual .DOC format).

All the formatting and text is kept in place so you don’t have to redo any of that, unless you choose to of course.

And all the links are already in the formatted text, so if you want you can immediately change those to your affiliate links, as well as links back to your sites.

You also get all the 46 individual graphics in three formats:

GIF Format

GIF format is the smallest graphic file size generally, and is used most commonly on web pages since it loads quickly.

However, because it’s small in size, it doesn’t hold as much clarity/detail as the other graphic formats.

JPEG Format

JPEG format (file extension: .JPG) is similar to GIF format in that it’s great for delivery over the web. It’s small, and has better color depth than GIF so is often used for displaying photos online.

Because of this increased detail, it’s usually a slightly larger file size than GIF format. However, it’s still very suitable for delivering over the web, or if you want to include it in an eBook and yet keep the eBook size down to a minimum.

(The larger the size of the graphics in an eBook, the larger the size of the actual eBook, since the graphics are “embedded” into it. When I create an eBook with lots of graphics, I try as much as possible to keep them in GIF format, otherwise the eBook starts becoming a little too large to download comfortably.)

Bitmap Format (Extension: .BMP)

This is the original format that I work with graphics. It’s very high quality and is great to start with if you want to edit the graphics or convert them to different formats (when you do graphic conversion, always try to start with the highest quality, since you often lose some quality through conversion).

This format of graphic is especially not suitable for including in an eBook or online, but if you want to start with the very highest quality of graphic, it’s a great starting point.

You also get any promotional materials made for the product, including:

eBook Cover Graphics

You can use the ready made eBook cover graphics in the sales page, inside the product itself, as promotional material, or however you wish…

And of course you can even edit them if you want. One change you may like to make immediately is change my name on the graphic to yours, for example.

eBook cover graphics are only delivered in JPEG format (generally). However, for making small changes that’s absolutely fine to work in.

You’ll find that with pretty much all of the products, you’ll get a large variety of eBook cover graphics that you can choose from.

Page Header Graphics

Now, these aren’t “promotional banners”. What they are is the eye catching and attractive headers that usually appear across the top of a sales message.

You can of course use them however you wish and even edit them of course.

It’s certainly not necessary that you include these at the top of your sales page, you may want to, you may not want to. It’s totally up to you.

And with these you’ll also get quite a few different styles to choose from.

Sales Website & Copy

If there’s ready made copy and a website for the product, you’ll get that too. And 95% of the time, you’ll get this as part of the Source Rights for the product.

You can of course change the website and copy as you like.

However, if you wish, you can just take the copy as it is right now, put it up on your website and start making sales.

Or you can just take snippets of the copy (the bullet points for example) and use that as part of your own copy.

If you’re changing the product, it would of course make sense to change the copy, but at least this gives you a good starting point and you’re not starting with a blank slate.

And it’s important to tell you that this is professionally written copy (it takes me around a week to finalize each sales letter) and they’ve all been tested in the marketplace.

So in this example – “Product X”, as you can see you get an awful [easyazon-link asin="145652724X"]lot of Source Rights[/easyazon-link] for just this product. With Source Rights that also have audio, and maybe even software too, you can get even more.
