Do You Really Know Google?

It didn’t take a long time for Google to become one of the biggest companies in the world. Their rise to fame and fortune was almost meteoric.

However, a lot of people have little knowledge about this company. For instance, many folks have no idea about some of the products and businesses Google invests in every year. We want to change that, which is why we’ve created this infographic.

  1. It might astonish you to learn that Google have invested in a new range of spoons. These aren’t any ordinary utensils though. They have been designed to help people with Parkinson’s disease and other conditions to eat without spillages.
  2. We’ve been excited for years about the prospect of self-driving cars, and so have the folks working for Google. While they’re not ready for sale on the open market, videos show the technology is coming on in leaps and bounds.
  3. The concept of environment reactive adverts is so incredibly cool! Imagine you’re out doing your shopping and the temperature starts to drop. Google’s advertising boards would then select the most appropriate ad. So, you might see an advertisement that promotes winter coats or something similar.
  4. We all know how important it is to invest in renewable energy. Google have impressed the world by purchasing theirs from a wind farm in Iowa. While they only obtained 114 MW, it’s a step in the right direction. Bosses say they plan to become totally reliant on wind, solar and water power within the next few years.
