A ten-minute concentrated writing session can help you break through the initial writing pad and build momentum for your project. Try to push yourself writing 3,000 – 5,000 words per day.
One of the easiest ways to find out is to write at different times of day to measure focus and energy levels compared to normal writing. If you do not like writing, you will have to change your spelling, and that is the best way to force writers to submit.
If you want to breathe habit into things, place triggers in your path that remind you of what you are trying to do and make it a habit to keep these triggers until you realize you are doing what they are supposed to remind you of. The trigger is anything that gets in your way and reminds you of it. The trick is to remember to become a habit every time you have to interrupt yourself in such a way that it triggers the desired behavior.
No matter how well you set up your to-do list or calendar, you will never get things done until you have a reliable way to remind yourself to do them.
Getting rid of writing blocks is not only good for the running blogs, but also for writing of higher quality. Overcoming the writing block can be as easy as going through the writing space a bit and trying to write something that is not perfect, but not what you want to write.
